For further information please visit http://www.dyson.co.uk ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Title: Most Innovative Mechanical Engineering Project Competition Venue: Faculty of Engineering Date: 4th - 7th July 2007 Time: 17.30 – 19.30 hrs For the fourth consecutive year, the Malta Branch of IED will hold a competition for the most innovative Mechanical Engineering Final Year Project at the University of Malta. Members of council will judge the projects presented during the faculty exhibition. Each student interested in participating will be asked to give a 10mins presentation of the work carried out. Peer Leibl, from the Munich University of Applied Sciences, Germany and Prof. Dr. Ing. Claus Thorp Hansen, from the Technical University of Denmark, Denmark, delivered a presentation on Development of products for manufacturing in high cost countries and Industrial Competitiveness through conceptual thinking respectively.
